Crystallized Pearl Dust is similar to Luster Dusts giving a pearlized finish to gumpaste, flowers, buttercream frosting, fondant, and other applications. They are shiney and are entirely edible, compared to non-toxic, which is not. They are FDA approved. The colors are so intense that a little goes a long way. |
